Harewood Today... Gone Tomorrow?
Its a bad sign when Arsene Wenger has more fight than any of his players.
There will be loads of talk about a penalty that should have been but I think West Ham played very well and closed us down effectively to create chances. It looked a penalty but we have to start scoring from open play. We had the better of the play today but only marginally. And I sat through this match wondering where our goals were going to come from... again.
Worse still... today we looked tired. Really tired. Im not sure I've ever seen Fabregas so short of energy as in the match today. And Thierry Henry was appalling. While Rosicky, Van Persie and Hleb were moving mountains in midfield, Henry looked uninterested and off the pace.
Wenger must now rotate ahead of the Liverpool match. I've said many times that this League will be won on who tops the big four mini-league at the top of the table. We've made a good start in that table with the victory over United at Sold Trafford but now the Liverpool match is not only crucial to this mini-table but to our form and confidence in all competitions. A message must be sent to the players that inefficiency in front of goal will not be tolerated. And that 100% effort is the absolutely minimum that Gooners should expect from the side. Everyone in the side.
I have a hunch that Henry will not be included in the side for the Liverpool match next week. Injury.
While I don't feel that our League chances died today, we certainly need to go back on another run again to stay in touch with Chelsea.
Spurs just scored as I write this... could this day get any worse? Geez

Decent article, but I don't think we should rotate ahead of Liverpool, when your not playing well you'v just got to keep picking the best 11!
West Ham played well today, but we have gotta improve against defencive teams!
FOR SALE ...
what an atmosphere yesterday ...The fans at Upton Park are amazing ... I am a neutral but went with an arsenal fan.
totally deserved win for the hammers - bowyers penalty shout was more of a penalty than Hlebs ... as Spector clearly got the ball !!!
Anyway after going on the pitch afterwards, I have the following items for sale:-
15 used dummy's ... all spat out by the gooooooners
a big bag of toys (thrown out of arsene whingers pram)
Oh and a huge pile of sour grapes ....
arsenal were shit!
west ham were the bollocks!
wenger was a prick!
pardew was the bollocks!
up the hammers!!!!
